Sharon Smith Cfre

Sharon Smith, CFRE, currently serves as the Corporate Giving and Grants Manager at Five Rivers MetroParks since December 2018, where responsibilities include researching and implementing strategies for increasing corporate in-kind and cash donations, as well as managing the sponsorship program. Prior to this role, Sharon worked at Sinclair Community College from October 2006 to January 2019 as the Annual Giving and Scholarships Officer, overseeing Annual Giving and Stewardship strategies. Additionally, from February 1999 to December 2005, Sharon held the position of Director of Development and Marketing at Carillon Historical Park, managing significant fundraising initiatives. Sharon completed coursework for a Master’s Degree at Wright State University in 2012 and holds a degree from the University of Dayton, attended from 1985 to 1988.
