Nancy Conard

Nancy Conard has a diverse work experience, starting in 1990 at Macy's where they held roles as a Director of Sales and Store Manager. During their time at Macy's, they managed store operations, customer service programs, and achieved top ratings in customer satisfaction. In 2001, they joined Five Seasons Family Sports Club, where they held various leadership positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Vice President Operations. Nancy was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the club and managing multiple locations. Their experience also includes business office management and successfully leading store remodels and renovations.

Nancy Conard attended the University of Dayton from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on general studies.
