Janine Giles is an experienced professional with a demonstrated history in customer experience and project management across various roles in the airline and accommodation industries. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Five to Flow since July 2021, Janine has previously held positions including Client Manager at Astra Apartments and Project Manager for Learning Solutions at The Learning Wave. Janine’s extensive background at Amadeus included roles as Implementation Manager and Implementation Engineer, where responsibilities encompassed the coordination and support of airline IT product implementations and solutions. Prior experience at Qantas involved managing training and product delivery, ensuring compliance with company standards while supporting operational excellence across multiple airports. Janine's education was completed at Macleans College in Auckland from 1983 to 1986.
