Patricia Shields is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in strategic account management and sales across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Strategic Accounts at Five9 since November 2020, Patricia has previously held significant positions at Verint, Appian Corporation, Salesforce, and Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, focusing on customer engagement and solutions for major organizations. With a strong background in sales development, Patricia also contributed to Hospira Worldwide, AT&T Corp., Concert Communications, MCI, and Lenox Collections, demonstrating expertise in managing multi-million dollar budgets and developing strategic solutions. Patricia holds an MBA from Philadelphia University and a B.S. in Marketing and Finance from La Salle University.
