Maurits van Schooneveld

Maurits van Schooneveld has extensive work experience. In 2021, they were appointed Head of Business Development and Strategy Manager at five°degrees. From 2018 to 2021, they were part of the Innovation Lab in New York at KPMG. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Senior Consultant and Graduate Intern at KPMG. From 2015 to 2016, they were the Chairman of Integrand Amsterdam, a student foundation that focuses on bringing students in touch with companies.

Maurits van Schooneveld began their education in 2004, when they attended Gemeentelijk Gymnasium Hilversum and earned a Gymnasium degree in Economics & Society. From 2009 to 2010, they attended Luzac College Hilversum and earned a VWO in Economics & Society. From 2011 to 2015, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and earned a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration & Organization Sciences. Finally, from 2015 to 2016, they attended Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam) and earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Business Administration: Strategy & Organization. Additionally, Maurits has obtained several certifications, including INSEAD - Business Strategy and Financial Performance from INSEAD (obtained in 2022), Computer Science from Open Universiteit (obtained in 2020), Lean Green Belt from Cardiff University / Prifysgol Caerdydd, PRINCE2 Practitioner from Pink Elephant Netherlands, Professional Scrum Master 1 from Scrum.org, and SAFe 4.5 Agilist from Prowareness.
