Samantha Balandis

Samantha Balandis is a seasoned professional with a strong background in customer success and hospitality. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Fiverr since April 2021, Samantha has also held positions in customer service across various roles, including Customer Success Manager and Customer Support Representative. Previous experience includes working as an Esthetician with Fleek Squad Mobile Beauty and several roles at Walt Disney World, including Club 33 Member Experience Liaison, Disney Signature Services Specialist, and Guest Relations Hostess, where skills in high-level guest service and vacation planning were honed.
