Chris McCraley, PMP, CBCP has over 10 years of experience in program and project management, with a focus on business continuity and disaster recovery. Chris has worked in various roles at different companies, including Fivesky, SRS Platinum Incorporated, Resliam, MetLife, Dell EMC, Bank of Communications Co.,Ltd., Bank of China, Prudential Financial, First Data Corporation, and Neuberger Berman.

At Fivesky, Chris is currently working as a Disaster Recovery / Business Continuity Planner. In this role, they are responsible for ensuring the continuity of business operations during and after disruptive events.

Before joining Fivesky, Chris founded SRS Platinum Incorporated and served as the President. Chris had extensive expertise in banking and financial services, particularly in program and project management related to resiliency, risk management, and operational risk. During their time at SRS Platinum, Chris worked on various engagements, including enhancing the resiliency program for MetLife and serving as a senior program lead for a disaster recovery program at Dell EMC.

Chris also worked as a Senior ISO 22301 Lead Manager at Resliam, where they led the implementation of ISO 22301 standards for US and international law firms. Chris played a critical role in ensuring the resilience of these organizations.

At MetLife, Chris worked as a Senior Resilency Specialist, contracted to enhance the company's global resiliency framework. Chris focused on reengineering and transforming business impact analysis, risk assessment, and risk impacts, while improving coordination among different risk management functions.

Before that, Chris was a Senior Disaster Recovery Program Lead at Dell EMC. In this role, they ensured the successful execution of a week-long disaster recovery test for a major international bank. Chris implemented governance programs, communication plans, and crisis and incident response procedures to strengthen resilience and regulatory compliance.

Chris has also held positions at Bank of Communications Co.,Ltd., Bank of China, Prudential Financial, First Data Corporation, and Neuberger Berman. In these roles, they contributed to various aspects of business continuity, disaster recovery, risk management, and project management.

Chris also holds an MBA from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, specializing in Management Information Systems and Accounting. Furthermore, Chris attended The Juilliard School, where they studied Piano Performance. In addition to their educational background, Chris has obtained certifications as a Certified Business Continuity Professional from DRI International and as a Project Management Professional.
