Jaime Zazove is the VP of Client Performance at Fixed Ops Digital. Jaime has over 10 years of experience in the automotive industry, working with both retail and major account dealerships. Jaime is responsible for managing a book of clients, customer retention, and customer growth. Jaime uses a blend of superior interpersonal relationship skills and analytical skills to ensure customer success. Jaime conducts bi-monthly strategy calls with key stakeholders to discuss performance assessment, manage daily delivery of campaigns, and provide analysis of campaign reports. Jaime is a customer advocate and works cross-functionally within the company to formulate best-practices and better communication across the Client Services department, sales, marketing, and finance.
