Justin Uberti has a range of experience in the technology industry. Justin is currently the Co-Founder and CTO of Fixie.ai since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Clubhouse from May 2021 to July 2022 as a Distinguished Software Engineer, where they led the Clubhouse streaming audio team and developed various audio features. Before Clubhouse, they were a Distinguished Software Engineer at Google Stadia from December 2019 to May 2021, where they led the client and multiplayer teams and was instrumental in bringing Stadia gameplay to iOS. Justin also had a long tenure at Google from October 2006 to December 2019, where they served as a Distinguished Software Engineer and played a key role in building and leading the development of Google Duo, a highly-rated video calling app. Prior to their time at Google, they worked at AOL LLC as the Chief Architect for the AOL Instant Messenger system, where they developed innovative features and established a unified platform for AIM. Before that, Justin worked at IFusion Com as a Senior Software Engineer.

Justin Uberti attended Conestoga High School from 1989 to 1992, where they did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. From 1992 to 1995, they then pursued their undergraduate studies at the University of Virginia, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree with Highest Distinction. During their time at the University of Virginia, Uberti focused their studies on Mathematics and Physics.
