Matt Cartwright

Matt Cartwright is currently a Senior Manager of Contracts at Fixnetix. Prior to this, they were with DXC Technology for four years as their Senior Contract Manager. Prior to that, they were with Fixnetix Ltd for four years as their Global Head of Contracts and Procurement. Matt has also worked as a Principle Consultant at Aecus Limited and as a Consultant at Gebhardt Sourcing Solutions AG.

Matt has over ten years of experience in developing tender documentation for national and international “Mittelstand” companies tendering for full-scope IT outsourcing. This includes contract development with input from the customer (MSA, Framework and Service Certificates, Service Catalogue) and management of the tender process. Matt is also experienced in defining the tender list and managing the end-to-end RFP process including developing the evaluation criteria and contract negotiation.

In addition to this, Matt has experience in benchmarking existing outsourcing deals using the Gebhardt benchmark database. This involves analysis of existing costs vs market prices and advising the customer on how to make the best use of this information, whether it be for a contract renegotiation or a new tender of the services in question.
