Istiasa Saputro

Istiasa S. has a diverse work experience spanning over 13 years. They started their career as a Production Engineer in Yamaha Motor Co., Ltd., where they worked on manufacturing processes and designing jigs and dies. They then moved on to PT Yamaha Indonesia Motor Mfg, taking on a role as a Production Engineer and leading the production preparation for fuel tanks of new motorcycle projects.

After that, Istiasa joined ZF Group as a Testing Engineer, where they managed seatbelt testing projects and played a key role in establishing a new seatbelt laboratory. They then transitioned to Plastic Omnium as a Component Development Engineer, specializing in designing plastic fuel tank systems and components based on technical standards and regulations.

Currently, Istiasa is working at Fixstars Corporation as a Software Engineer, utilizing their technical expertise in software development.

Istiasa S. completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, attending from 2004 to 2009. Later, from 2015 to 2017, Istiasa pursued a Master's degree in Technology Management for Innovation from The University of Tokyo. Additionally, Istiasa obtained various certifications, including "Docker Mastery: with Kubernetes +Swarm from a Docker Captain" from Udemy in October 2022, "Fundamentals of Accelerated Data Science" from NVIDIA in September 2022, "Model Parallelism: Building and Deploying Large Neural Networks" from NVIDIA in September 2022, "XCS234 - Reinforcement Learning" from Stanford Online in September 2022, "MITx6.00.2x Introduction to Computational Thinking and Data Science" from MITx on edX in May 2020, "MITx 6.00.1x Introduction to Computer Science and Programming Using Python" from MITx on edX in August 2019, and "JLPT N1" from The Japan Foundation in February 2013.
