Chaitanya Rajappa

Chaitanya Rajappa is a Junior IT Support Technician at flaconi, responsible for providing technical support by diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, as well as configuring workstations and laptops for new employees. Previously, Chaitanya served as a Working Student in System Administration at Mister Spex, where responsibilities included IT support for retail stores, addressing software and hardware issues, and strategic planning. Chaitanya holds a Master's degree in Arts and Management-IT from IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to complete in March 2024, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer and Information Sciences from Sai Vidya Institute of Technology.
