Pat Spoden

Associate Principal at Flad Architects

Having spent an average of nine years in each of Flad's three primary areas of practice – academic, science & technology, and healthcare – Pat brings a depth of experience that translates to the projects and clients he serves. As a hands-on project architect, he helped Johnson & Johnson build their first LEED Gold laboratory, and more recently, as a project manager, he helped lead a team in the delivery of UF Health Heart & Vascular Hospital and UF Health Neuromedicine Hospital, recipient of four Green Globes.
