Arielle Orlikowski has a wide range of work experience, beginning in 2010 as a Public Relations Intern for Lacoste. In 2011, they held a Temp PR Assistant position at RED PR and a Public Relations Intern position at THINK PR. In 2013, they became the Marketing and Public Relations Specialist for Maintained.com, where they implemented and executed a marketing plan for an online start-up website. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at Saks Fifth Avenue as a Coordinator - Designer Ready to Wear & Fifth Avenue Club and an Assistant Brand Ambassador- Alaia Paris. During this time, they were responsible for email marketing campaigns, social media accounts, floor presentation and merchandising, and customer service. In 2012, they were the Director of Marketing and Events at Turtle Bay NYC, where they planned and executed all happenings outside of walk-in business, maintained website content, and developed weekly e-newsletters. Most recently, in 2021, they took on the roles of Marketing and Trade Show Manager and Showroom Coordinator at Flag & Anthem.

Arielle Orlikowski attended Genesee Community College from 2007 to 2009, where they earned an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Fashion Merchandise Management. Arielle then attended LIM College from 2009 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing.
