Ed Vaughen

Director - Operations Service Center at Flagger Force

Ed Vaughen has a diverse work experience that spans several decades. Ed worked at Flagger Force Traffic Control Services from 2014 to present, initially serving as an Organizational Development Manager before moving up to become the Director of the Operations Service Center. Prior to that, Ed spent 27 years with the United States Department of the Air Force, where they reached the rank of Master Sergeant. Additionally, they worked at Manheim Township School District for 20 years as the Public School Band & Orchestra Director, responsible for overseeing the teaching staff and managing the high school marching band. Overall, Ed has a strong background in operations management, organizational development, and leadership.

Ed Vaughen has a diverse education history in the field of music education. Ed earned a Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania between 1989 and 1993. Later, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts in Music Education with a Percussion Performance Emphasis from West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 2000 to 2002. Finally, they obtained a Master of Arts in Wind Conducting from Messiah University, where they studied from 2010 to 2012.
