RaeLyn Rawlings, SHRM-CP, PHR has a diverse background in human resources, with experience ranging from director-level positions to assistant roles. Starting in 1987, RaeLyn worked as an HR Assistant for the Army & Air Force Exchange Service, processing employment applications and conducting interviews. They continued in a similar role from 1992 to 1994. From 1998 to 2001, RaeLyn served as a Supervisory Human Resources Technician for AAFES, overseeing a team and managing HR functions for over 1100 associates. Following that, from 2003 to 2012, they worked as a Regional Human Resources Manager for Wilmington Trust Company, responsible for recruitment, selection, performance management, and conflict resolution. In 2012, they became a Manager of Human Resources for Concentrix Corporation, handling recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and more. RaeLyn then moved to XL Catlin in 2014, serving as a Human Resources Manager and primarily focusing on the west coast offices. Finally, they joined Flagship Credit Acceptance in September 2015 as the Director of People Operations, overseeing HR for the national company. Their experience includes recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and more.

RaeLyn Rawlings, SHRM-CP, PHR, obtained their Preparatory degree in PHR Certification from the University of Phoenix in 2005. Prior to that, they earned a Certification in Legal Secretary from Business College in the years 1985-1986. RaeLyn completed their high school education and received their General Diploma from Mesa High School in 1983-1985.

In addition to their academic qualifications, RaeLyn Rawlings has also obtained the following certifications: SHRM-CP from SHRM in January 2015, and the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2005.
