Britt K. England Esq. (She, Her, Hers)

Britt K. England, Esq. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. She began her career as a Legal Intern at the American Parkinson Disease Association, where she contributed to the development of the organization's website and wrote articles on estate planning and tax benefits. She then worked as a Law Clerk at the Hennessy & Roach law firm, conducting legal research and drafting various legal documents.

Afterward, she joined NTT DATA Consulting, Inc. as a Memo Writer, participating in a document remediation project for a major bank. She remediated customer records to comply with federal regulations and consent orders.

In 2013, she became a Law Clerk at The Law Offices of Joe A. England II, where she drafted pleadings, transactional documents, and represented clients in civil and criminal proceedings.

In 2017, she transitioned to the financial industry, working as a Financial Advisor at New York Life Insurance Company. She advised clients on financial planning and tailored financial plans to meet their individual goals.

She then moved into the legal field again, joining EY as an Associate in Contract Support. She negotiated and reviewed federal and non-federal contracts and subcontracts, collaborating with various internal departments to ensure compliance.

In 2018, she worked at GM Financial as a Contract Specialist, drafting and reviewing purchasing contracts for various goods and services. She negotiated with vendors and collaborated with internal departments to secure necessary approvals.

At Vistra Corp., she held two roles throughout her time there as a Contract Specialist and Contracts Specialist in the Supply Chain department, drafting, negotiating, and executing contracts with suppliers. She also worked closely with procurement specialists and senior buyers to secure favorable pricing and terms.

At Flowserve Corporation, Britt served as a Contracts Manager in the Commercial Legal department, reviewing and redlining contracts for different divisions. She also provided legal training on the contract review process.

Currently, Britt works at Flagship Facility Services, Inc. as a Commercial Attorney and Director. She reviews and redlines contracts for various teams and business lines, conduct legal research, and draft contract review playbooks.

Britt K. England, Esq. pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in English, History, and Business Foundations from The University of Texas at Austin. This academic journey took place from 2006 to 2010. Moving forward, she attended Washington University in St. Louis School of Law, where she earned a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from 2010 to 2013. Before her collegiate experiences, Britt K. England, Esq. completed her high school education at The Episcopal School of Dallas from 2002 to 2006. After completing her educational qualifications, she obtained the District of Columbia Law License from the Bar Association of the District of Columbia in January 2023.
