Charlotte Lawrence

Charlotte Lawrence has extensive experience in housing and income management, currently serving as Housing Manager at Flagship Group since December 2019, after progressing from Senior Rent Account Manager and Senior Income Management Officer at Victory Housing. Prior experience includes roles as Income Management Officer and Income and Tenancy Support Assistant at Victory Housing Trust from January 2017 to December 2019, as well as a Telephonist/Receptionist position at Norfolk and Suffolk NHS Foundation Trust from September 2013 to January 2017. Charlotte began their career as Team Leader at ODEON Cinemas Group from November 2010 to July 2013. Education was completed at Reepham High School from 2002 to 2007.
