Amy MacHain

Amy Machain is a legal professional with extensive experience in corporate counsel and compliance roles across various organizations. Currently serving as Associate Corporate Counsel at NewAmsterdam Pharma Corporation since October 2024, and previously held the position of Director of Contracts Counsel at Flagship Pioneering starting June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Commercial Compliance Manager at Zealand Pharma and Contracts and Compliance Manager at Sumitomo Dainippon Pharma Oncology. With a foundation in legal support as a paralegal at Mintz Levin, Amy has developed expertise in contract negotiation, compliance management, and the creation of legal documents. Amy's academic background includes a Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Psychology from Quinnipiac University.
