Justin Beegle is a legal professional with extensive experience in contract law and corporate counsel. Currently serving as Director, Contracts Counsel at Flagship Pioneering since June 2025, Justin has previously worked as Corporate Counsel at Ginkgo Bioworks, Inc. from October 2022 to June 2025, and as an Associate at Faber Daeufer & Itrato PC from September 2019 to June 2022, as well as at Foley Hoag LLP from November 2017 to August 2019. Early in the legal career, Justin gained experience as a Legal Intern at the Massachusetts Attorney General's Office in the summer of 2015. Justin holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from Boston College Law School, earned in 2017, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Anthropology from Emory University, obtained in 2013.
