Tilman Kispersky is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and corporate development in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently, Talman Kispersky serves as Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives within the Office of the CEO at Flagship Pioneering, having held various senior director roles since March 2022. Prior to this, Tilman Kispersky worked at Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research as Director of Strategy in the Office of the President, where responsibilities included leading strategic priorities and enhancing digital drug development capabilities. Experience also includes a tenure at McKinsey & Company as Engagement Manager, focusing on the pharmaceutical, biotech, and health technology industries. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Neuroscience from Boston University and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from UC San Diego.
