Michael Ogrodnik has a robust culinary career spanning over 15 years, currently serving as a Sous Chef at Flagship Restaurant Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Michael held the position of Culinary Manager at Main Event Entertainment from April 2017 to November 2021. Michael's experience also includes various Kitchen Manager positions at Dave & Buster's Inc. and Applebee's, demonstrating a consistent advancement in responsibilities within the kitchen environment. Michael began this professional journey at BJ's Restaurants as a Kitchen Manager from April 2006 to May 2011. In addition to practical experience, Michael holds an Associate of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University, earned between 2001 and 2003.
