Gael Lester

Gael Lester has over two decades of experience in education, currently serving as the Elementary Assistant Principal at Flagstaff Academy Charter School since August 2011. Gael has held various roles at this institution, including K-2 Principal, Acting Principal K-2, Assistant Principal K-2, Literacy Interventionist, and 4th Grade Teacher. Prior experience includes serving as the Kindergarten & First Grade Lead Teacher and Head Administrator at Running River School from September 2006 to August 2010, and as a Lead Teacher for Grades 1-3 in the General Church School System from 1990 to 1996. Gael holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education (2017-2019) and a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Bryn Athyn College of the New Church (1986-1990).
