Brandon Pierce

Brandon Pierce is an experienced professional in food safety and quality assurance, currently serving as the Senior Director of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) at Flagstone Foods since June 2022. Previously, Brandon held various roles within the organization, including Director of Supplier Quality and Quality Management Systems, and Sr. Manager of Quality Management Systems. Prior to Flagstone Foods, Brandon worked at UNFI as the Supplier Food Safety and QA Manager and at Rahr Corporation as Acting Director of Food Safety and Quality, where responsibilities included corporate QA and compliance management. Additional experience includes roles as QA and Compliance Manager at Brewers Supply Group, Inc., Quality Assurance Manager at Lakeside Foods Inc., and Production Scientist at Promega. Brandon began the career as a Production Operator and Lab Technician at United Wisconsin Grain Producers and gained initial experience as a Lab Intern at Dogfish Head Craft Brewery. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, completed in 2010.
