Lindsey Palmer

Lindsey Palmer is a seasoned food scientist with extensive experience at Flagstone Foods since January 2013, where roles have included Food Scientist, Senior Associate Food Technologist, Food Technologist, and Product Development Assistant. Prior to this, Lindsey held the position of Supervisor & Roaster at Dunn Bros Coffee from April 2011 to January 2013. Lindsey holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Food Science/Culinology from Southwest Minnesota State University, completed between 2009 and 2011.
