Account Manager - Flagstone International

Customer Service · Jersey

Job description

Who is Flagstone International?

Each definition shares a common thread: our unique culture. It’s our pride and joy. And our competitive advantage.

A feel for our culture:

To revolutionise the cash deposit and FX markets, we need to be at our best. But high performance takes more than talent – it takes a culture of kindness, respect, and growth.

That’s why we are building a diverse, inclusive community, where your voice is heard and valued. Where, with close support and room to develop, you can surpass even your own expectations, and be rewarded for it.

Does this sound like you?

You’re an Account Manager, ideally with 5+ years’ experience in a professional customer/client facing role, who’s excited to forge a new way to save.

What you’ll do:

As an Account Manager in our Introducers team, you will manage and grow Flagstone International’s relationships to enhance the adoption of the platform across our client base. This will involve a combination of relationship/stakeholder management, sales, contact/network mapping, account planning, product coaching and marketing/events.

This is a vital role in driving our growth strategy, and you’ll be confident in managing your own workload and prioritising your day-to-day activities. You will make tactical decisions to boost adoption of our platforms and make effective decisions to drive progress against the business growth targets.

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous experience in a professional customer/client facing role.
  • Ideally a background in fintech or the financial/fiduciary services sector.
  • Experience and track record of performance in sales, business development or account management.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, and an ability to make informed decisions and take actions
  • Effectively build and maintain business relationships at pace.
  • Confidence with basic data analysis (e.g. Excel or PowerBI) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) would be desirable.
  • Ambitious, self-starter, who owns their responsibilities and takes the lead.
  • Self-aware, working to your strengths and asking for/accepting help.
  • Resilient, consistent, and reliable.

How we reward you:

At Flagstone, we invest in your health, wealth, and professional development. Here’s a selection of our benefits:

  • Private healthcare
  • Life insurance (four times your annual salary)
  • Dental/optical care
  • Matched pension contributions (5%)
  • Income protection
  • £1,000 annual learning bursary
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)
  • Remote working kit
  • Employee share scheme
  • Additional 3 days community and charity leave each year
  • Quarterly half days for Wellness leave

All are welcome.

At Flagstone, we’re assembling a diverse team that defies our industry’s norms. Think this role could suit you? We encourage you to apply, no matter your background.
