Nicole Hardiman has held various roles throughout their work experience. Nicole started their career at Intergraph as a Support Manager, where they implemented ITIL and MOF procedures and obtained ISO27001 certification. Nicole then worked at the National Trust as a Service Manager, responsible for overseeing IT business services and ensuring contractual compliance. After that, they became the Service Management Lead at the National Trust, accountable for the operation of a portfolio of IT services. Nicole then joined Nationwide Building Society, where they served as a Tech Lead and IT Practice Manager, managing a technical team and focusing on technical design and architecture. Nicole later became an IT Engineering Manager and Data Engineering CoE Lead at the same organization. Most recently, Nicole has been working at Flagstone as a Senior Engineering Manager and is currently serving as the Director of Engineering. Additionally, they co-founded the Swindon Inclusion & Diversity Network in 2019.
Nicole Hardiman's education history includes attending the "Remarkable Leadership by Remarkable Women" program, as well as studying Business Administration and Management, General at The Open University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications such as the Oxford Executive Leadership Programme from the University of Oxford and the BCS ITIL Change specialist certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Nicole has also obtained the BCS Foundation Certificate in Data Protection and the ITIL v3 Foundation Certificate from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT.
