Marcus Chapman

Marcus Chapman has extensive experience in the horticultural industry, currently serving as Head of Technical - Plants at Flamingo Horticulture since August 2018, where previous roles included Lead Technical Manager - Plants and M&S Technical Manager. Prior to this, Marcus was Quality Manager at Greencell Ltd from July 2016 to August 2018, and Quality Manager at Moulton Bulb Co. Ltd from September 2009 to July 2016, overseeing quality operations in both low and high care facilities. Additionally, Marcus has held the position of Assistant to the Quality Manager, supporting daily quality system operations across two factories. Educational background includes attendance at Spalding Grammar School from 1989 to 1996.
