David Cung

David Cung is a seasoned operations professional with extensive experience in regional management across the APAC region. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at Flash Coffee since July 2021, David previously held key roles at Ninja Van, where as Acting Regional Department Head for Service Recovery, significant improvements in client experience were achieved through strategic projects targeting Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ). Earlier, David contributed to Shopee as a Regional Operations Manager, focusing on seller acquisition and day-to-day operational management, and at INVISTA as a Process Engineer, where operational cost reductions were successfully implemented through data analysis and resource coordination. David holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
