Rachel Seligman

Rachel Seligman is a People and Culture Generalist at Flashfood since October 2022, previously serving as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and Recruitment Coordinator at Points from January 2019 to July 2021. In these roles, Rachel managed full-cycle recruitment across various organizational levels, emphasized diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and cultivated strong relationships with hiring managers, achieving a 100% job fulfillment rate. Prior to Points, Rachel worked as an HR Assistant at Prolucid Technologies, where responsibilities included recruitment, policy updates, employee benefits administration, and event planning. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Guelph and a Postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from George Brown College, enhanced by recent education at San Francisco State University.
