Julian Zegelman

Julian Zegelman is the current General Counsel at FlashGrid, Inc. and has held this position since June 2016. Julian is also a shareholder of the company. Prior to this, they were the General Counsel | Executive VP Corporate Development at InnovaSonic, Inc from May 2016 to May 2021.

Zegelman has also worked with TMT Investments PLC as their General Counsel | Venture Partner from December 2017 to October 2020 where they were responsible for deal sourcing, due diligence, legal deal structures, building partnerships and key ecosystem players, work with portfolio companies as board member, and serve as general counsel for the fund. Some of their notable portfolio companies include Wrike ($800M exit to Vista Equity Partners), One Page Company (ASX IPO), Bolt (fka Taxify), Friendly Data (exit to ServiceNow), Pipedrive ($1.5B exit to Vista Equity Partners), BackBlaze (IPO: BLZE), and Scentbird.

Prior to TMT Investments PLC, Zegelman worked with Step Ahead Capital as their General Counsel from July 2015 to November 2017.

Julian Zegelman received their J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and their B.Sc. from UC San Diego in Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Political Science. Julian also has certification from FINRA in Series 79 Investment Banking Representative and Series 63, as well as certification from Thomson Reuters in SuperLawyers.

Their manager is Art Danielov, CEO. Julian Zegelman works with Emil Sildos - Chief Revenue Officer, Stephanie Somers - Head of HR & Operations, and Raj Ray - Director, Customer.
