Marta Sánchez Cavadas

Marta Sánchez Cavadas is an experienced Product Designer and CRO at Flat 101 since July 2021, specializing in UX/UI design within multidisciplinary teams to develop and iterate digital products. Marta also gained recognition with a second prize in user experience at a mobile application design competition. As a cofounder and UX/UI designer at Destreo Design from September 2020 to July 2022, Marta applied quantitative and qualitative research techniques and engaged in market niche identification and product ideation. Prior roles include Account Executive at Roman, where responsibilities encompassed public relations materials and event coordination, and Technical Communication Manager at Club de Rugby Majadahonda, handling external communications. Marta holds degrees in Journalism from Universidad Complutense de Madrid and certifications in UX/UI design and responsive web design from NEOLAND and freeCodeCamp, respectively.
