Hraztan Kalinian

Hraztan Kalinian is the current Regional HR Manager for Flat6Labs in Egypt. Prior to this, Hraztan worked as the Human Capital Planning Manager for CEMEX from July 2010 to January 2019. In this role, Hraztan was responsible for initiating, executing, and supporting the activities of the Corporate Communication and Public Affairs Department. These activities included media relations, advertising, internal communication, and corporate social responsibility with outcomes that supported CEMEX’s corporate objectives and overall goals.

Prior to working at CEMEX, Hraztan completed two internships at Citibank in their Management Information Systems Department. During these internships, Hraztan learned how to prepare reports for higher management and participated in a project segmenting the bank’s customers based on locations and available nearby branches.

Hraztan’s experience in human resources and communication makes him a valuable asset to Flat6Labs. Their experience with managing teams and projects will help him in their new role as Regional HR Manager.

Hraztan Kalinian has a bachelor's degree in management-marketing from MIU. Hraztan also has GCSE from Dar El Tarbeyah. Hraztan is certified from Thomas International as a Certified PPA Practitioner and from HR as an Egyptian Labor Law and Employer Branding specialist.
