Jeff Rogerson, P.Eng, has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, primarily in major infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Design Build Manager for the $3.4 billion Hampton Roads Bridge Tunnel Expansion Project at Flatiron Construction, Jeff has held various roles in significant projects including Design Coordination Manager for the Champlain Bridge and Segmental Design Manager for the Port Mann Cable Stay Bridge, noted as the widest bridge constructed globally. Previous positions include Project Engineer for the Tampa Airport Interchange and Area Project Engineer for the Cooper River Bridge. Before Flatiron, Jeff worked at Parsons Brinckerhoff and other firms, contributing to landmark projects such as the Leonard P. Zakim Bridge and the Confederation Bridge. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Dalhousie University and a Certificate in Engineering from Mount Allison University.
