Tim Cook

Tim Cook has a strong background in construction and project management, with experience in leading teams on various heavy civil projects. In their current role as Director of Procurement at Flatiron Construction, Tim oversees the procurement and contracting team for the Mid-Atlantic Division, optimizing material purchases to reduce downtime and increase project efficiency. Prior to this, Tim held project management positions at Duke Energy Corporation, Blythe Construction, and Piedmont Natural Gas, where Tim managed capital improvement projects in the gas distribution pipeline industry. Tim's educational background includes an Associate of Science degree in Construction Management from Central Piedmont Community College.
