Cheryl Renckly

Cheryl Renckly, Director of Human Resources is an accomplished professional with over 24 years of experience in the aerospace and healthcare industries. As a member of the Senior Leadership team she is responsible for implementing human resource strategies that enable Flatirons Solutions to recruit, train, and retain a high-performing and motivated workforce. Cheryl specializes in employee relations, benefits and compensation, operational and human resource policies, human resources information systems (HRIS), and payroll.

Cheryl is a proud graduate of Arizona State University, with a Bachelor of Science degree in Management. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) both on the national and local level. Cheryl is located in the Boulder office.
