Rafael Garcia

Rafael Garcia has a diverse work experience in various roles. Rafael started their career as a Vendeur at RELAY FRANCE in July 2013. Rafael then worked as a Conseiller Accueil at Crédit Agricole from September 2014 to August 2015, followed by a similar role at Crédit Mutuel from October 2015 to February 2016. Rafael also served as a Service Volontaire Européen from February 2016 to February 2017.

In 2017, Rafael joined Uber as an Operations Manager, where they managed a fleet of couriers in multiple cities and was responsible for their integration, recruitment, and community development. Rafael then moved on to Trusk in February 2018, taking up the position of Operations Manager. In this role, they oversaw the training and onboarding of personnel, ensured daily follow-up of transporters, and maintained operational service quality. Rafael also managed the Trusk Academy locally and provided customer support.

Finally, in February 2020, Rafael started working at Flatsy as an Operations Manager, where they manage the Ops team for the Île-de-France region. Rafael'sresponsibilities include team management, defining team organization, onboarding agents, and improving onboarding processes and operational efficiency.
