Rocky Mireles

Rocky Mireles has extensive experience in program and project management, currently serving as Program Manager and Project Manager at Flatwater Group since June 2017. Prior to this role, Rocky held positions at Ford Motor Company as Senior Process Coach and Process Coach from September 2014 to September 2017. Rocky also served as General Manager at Flatwater Metals, a subsidiary of Ho-Chunk Inc., and as Operations Manager at Flatwater Group, a Division of Ho-Chunk Inc. Additionally, Rocky contributed to market development at All Native Solutions, another subsidiary of Ho-Chunk Inc., and spent over two decades in the United States Air Force, including roles as AFSO21 Facilitator and Team Member.
