George Huang is an accomplished legal and business professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Vice President & General Counsel at Flatworld Solutions and as a Leadership and Personal Development Coach at Arcvera Consulting LLC, George has a strong background in strategy, finance, non-profit operations, and management. Previously, George was the Executive Director at Princeton Alliance Church, Chief Operating Officer & General Counsel at American Alpha, Inc., and held attorney positions at Michael Best & Friedrich LLC and Schwartz & Freeman, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, and international law. George holds a JD from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law and a Professional Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from Rutgers University. Additionally, George earned dual BA degrees in English and Economics from Northwestern University.
