Dolf DeRovira

Dolf DeRovira has extensive experience in the flavor industry, currently serving as President of Flavor Dynamics, Inc. since May 1989. Dolf is also an active member of the Society of Flavor Chemists, where past presidential duties were undertaken. Additional leadership roles include serving as Past Board Member and Treasurer of the Research Chefs Association from 2000 to 2008 and Past President of the Chemical Sources Association in 1991-1992. Early in Dolf's career, experience was gained as a Flavorist Trainee at PFW Flavors from 1972 to 1976. Academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from City College of New York, completed in 2022.
