Jesse Tinsley

Jesse Tinsley is the Founder and Chief Dog Officer of Job Mobz, where responsibilities include leading the company which has grown to over $100 million in assets under management since its founding in 2012. Tinsley is also the Founder and CEO of Recruiter.com Ventures, established in September 2024, and has served as a Business Owner for several acquired companies including Recruiter.com, Before You Apply, Golden Hive, and Flawless since 2023. As an active Startup Advisor since 2012, Tinsley has contributed to numerous notable companies, including Coinbase and HackerRank. Tinsley has been an Angel Investor since 2018, focusing on supporting teams and talent acquisition. Additional roles include serving as an Advisory Board Member for HR.com and previously as a Talent Advisor for Protocol Labs.
