Emma L. has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Emma started their career at Glasgow Prestwick Airport in 1998, where they worked in the Human Resources department. Emma then moved to the Local Government/Third Sector in 2000 for a similar role. In 2003, Emma joined Goodrich as an HR Manager, where they worked for 12 years. After that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Portakabin from 2016 to 2021. Emma then joined Hyster-Yale Group as an HR Business Partner for a year. In 2022, they became the Head of HR (UK) at Mangata Networks, and in 2023, they took on the role of Head of People & Culture at Fleet Alliance.
Emma L. has a diploma in HRM from CIPD Qualifications. Emma also obtained an advanced level HRM degree from the same institution. Emma L. further pursued their education at the University of the West of Scotland, where they completed a post-graduate program in Leadership & Management. Emma later attended the University of York to earn a degree in Advanced Coaching. In addition to their formal education, Emma L. studied counseling at West College Scotland.
Emma L. has also obtained several certifications including Ability Testing from SHL, Mental Health First Aid from Mind, OPQ from SHL, and TMI Profiling from TMSDI.
