Javier Bailon is an experienced customer service professional with a strong background in managing and leading teams across various industries. Currently serving as the Customer Service Manager for North America and previously the Customer Success Team Lead at Fleet Complete since June 2020, Javier has developed a comprehensive skill set in customer relations. Prior to this role, Javier worked at International Cruise & Excursions, Inc. as an Inbound Sales representative for timeshare memberships, and held positions at TTEC, including Customer Service Operations Manager and Inbound Customer Service Representative. Javier earned a Licentiate degree in International Business/Trade/Commerce from UTEL Executive Online Education and has also attended Teletech University, alongside obtaining a High School Diploma from Anaheim High School.
