John Moloznik

John Moloznik has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. John began their career as a Crew Member at Water Safety Patrol from 2001 to 2005. John then worked at Specialists DPM, LLC as an Analyst and Market Maker from 2004 to 2007, where they managed the analysis of the securities market and developed financial models. From 2007 to 2019, they served as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Fleet Feet Sports - Chicago, overseeing sales, operations, events, and marketing. In 2020, John joined Fleet Feet as the Director of Retail Operations, responsible for franchisee support and collaboration. John also served as the Director of Business Development from 2021 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Retail Development at Fleet Feet, overseeing the expansion, store development, and real estate management.

John Moloznik completed their education at Marquette University from 2000 to 2004. John obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree and a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree, both with a focus on Finance, General. In 2023, they also obtained a certification from the Bell Leadership Institute: Achievers.
