Harsha Mashelkar

Harsha Mashelkar serves as the Head of HR for Fleet Management Limited since August 2022, bringing extensive HR leadership experience from previous roles. At APM Terminals, from December 2016 to March 2021, Harsha managed the HR and CSR functions for a port in Gujarat, overseeing 74 staff members. Harsha worked with Syngenta India Ltd from May 2006 to December 2016 as an HR Business Partner, developing strategic HR initiatives and facilitating organizational change during a significant merger. Earlier positions included roles as HR Executive at Syngenta, Sr. Executive in Personnel & Industrial Relations at Cartini India Ltd, and Assistant Manager HR at Crosscraft Pvt Ltd. Harsha's educational background includes a PGCSL from XLRI Jamshedpur, a PGDM in Human Resource Management, an LLB in Criminology and Intellectual Property Law, and a B.Com in Business Management from Goa University.
