Christie Todd

Christie Todd has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Christie currently holds the position of Vice President Human Resources at FLEET Response since April 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Human Resources Director at FLEET Response from January 2022 to May 2023. Before joining FLEET Response, Christie worked at Boeing as an HR Business Partner from November 2012 to January 2022. Christie also served as an HR Director at Signal Peak Energy from May 2010 to August 2012. Christie's early career includes working as an HR Manager at BNSF Railway from October 2007 to May 2010, where they oversaw HR management of a large territory and led major projects. Christie began their career as an HR Administrator at Stillwater Mining Company's East Boulder Mine, where they handled various HR responsibilities including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and cultural change from 2000 to 2005.

Christie Todd completed their education with an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Mary between 2008 and 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a BS in Business/HR Management from Western Governors University, where they studied from 2004 to 2007. Additionally, Christie obtained a Lean Systems Certification from the University of Kentucky Lean Systems Program. Christie also holds certifications in SPHR from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI.
