Kārlis Antons

Kārlis Antons is an experienced professional with a diverse background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kārlis has held various roles in top companies such as Fleet Space Technologies, BHP, and Netflix, where they led global talent acquisition and inclusion efforts. Kārlis has also worked in executive search firms, including Hanold Associates LLC and Cook Associates, where they managed full lifecycle search projects and developed expertise in HR recruitment. Kārlis has experience in international roles, opening new offices and expanding organizations in Asia Pacific. Kārlis is a skilled recruiter with a passion for diversity and inclusion in the workplace.

Kārlis Antons completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Environmental Science from the University of Rhode Island, which they attended from 1999 to 2004. In 2004, they participated in the International Study Abroad Program at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) in Brisbane, Australia. In addition to their formal education, Kārlis Antons also completed a Latvian Language and Culture Immersion program called "Garezers" Latvian Summer High School from 1994 to 1998. Kārlis obtained a certification as a Predictive Index Analyst from PI Worldwide in August 2015.
