Mollie Cox

Mollie Cox has a diverse work experience spanning various leadership roles in product design and marketing. Starting in 2005, they worked as the Associate Vice President of Marketing & Digital Strategy at HobbyTown USA, where they were responsible for nationwide marketing operations. Mollie then served as the Director of Interactive at Thought District from 2010 to 2013. Cox later became the CMO - Digital Experience at Orca.Trade, where they focused on brand management, digital strategy, and creative direction. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as the Creative & User Experience Director at Resort Lifestyle Communities. Cox joined DMSi Software in 2017 as the Director Of Product Design, leading a team in researching, strategizing, and executing the design and experience of the company's core product. Mollie also played a role in developing design standards and collaborating with various departments and executives. Cox's experience continued with roles at Hudl as a Product Design Manager and at GRIN as a Director of Product Design. Mollie was a Co-Founder and Design Lead at Bolt & Watt from 2018 onwards. Additionally, Cox served as an Adjunct Professor and later as the Director of Marketing and Digital Strategy at the College of Law at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Product Design at Fleetio starting in 2023.

Mollie Cox has a diverse education history. Mollie began their academic journey at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln from 1998 to 2002, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. Subsequently, they pursued further studies in Acting at the California Institute of the Arts from 2002 to 2003, obtaining a Master of Fine Arts degree. Later on, Mollie ventured into the field of Marketing and pursued an MBA degree at Kaplan University from 2007 to 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Mollie Cox obtained a certification as a Founding Member of Lincoln Women for Good from Grapevine institution in April 2023.
