Lucinda Hanson

Cindy Hanson, SPHR, has extensive experience in human resources. LuCinda (Cindy) started their career as a Regional HR Manager at John H. Harland in 2000, where they provided HR operational support to a large team. LuCinda (Cindy) then moved on to Harland Clarke | John H. Harland as a Senior HR Manager in 2005, where they provided strategic support for multiple business units and led a team of HR professionals. In 2013, they founded Leaders in HR Operations Services in Dallas Fort Worth TX and also worked as the Human Resources Manager - Interim Position at Granite Properties. Since 2013, Cindy has been working at FleetPride, where they have held various roles including Regional Human Resources Manager, Sr. Human Resources Manager, HR Director, and currently serves as the Sr. Director of Human Resources.

LuCinda Hanson, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from the University of North Dakota. LuCinda (Cindy) obtained their PHR certification from HRCI in January 1998 and later earned their SPHR certification in May 2012. Additionally, they completed Targeted Selection - Behavior Based Interviewing certification from DDI in 2005.
