Savina Xu

Savina Xu has a wealth of experience in the software engineering field. Savina began their career as a Cardiologist at Shanghai Chest Hospital in 2015. In 2018, they began working as a Web Developer at Arclight Network, where they designed an online-shopping website using a mobile-first approach and implemented multiple features. Later that same year, they became a Full Stack Developer at UC Berkeley Extension, where they developed over 40 web applications in a fast-paced environment. In 2019, they joined Homestay as a Software Engineer, directing a team of 3 to design and build a web application. Finally, in 2020, they began working as a Software Engineer at Apple.

Savina Xu attained a Bachelor's degree in Exhibition Management and Economy from the Shanghai Institute of Technology between 2011 and 2015. Savina then went on to pursue a Master's degree in Web Design & New Media at the Academy of Art University, which they completed in 2019. In 2018 and 2019, Savina Xu also obtained a Full stack developer Certificate from the University of California, Berkeley. Additionally, they obtained certifications in React from TestDome in June 2019 and in Full Stack developer from UC Berkeley Extension.
